On October 18, the Board of Trustees of the Stiftung Forum Recht met for its constituent session at the German Bundestag in Berlin. Bettina Limperg, President of the Federal Court of Justice, was confirmed in her office as Chair of the Board of Trustees. Dr. Günter Krings will act as her deputy.

Together with the Leipzig-based podcast radio station detektor.fm, we are producing the joint podcast project „In Good Shape? The Basic Law for Tomorrow“ in 2024. In the year marking the 75th anniversary of the Basic Law, the podcast explores the state of the Basic Law and its role in German society. How well-suited is our constitution for the next 75 years?
