Constitutional Discussions 2026 Now Online

This year’s Constitutional Dialogues focused on the 75th anniversary of the Federal Constitutional Court. To mark the occasion, the court commissioned a study titled „Transformation Through Law,“ which examined the court’s development in the post-Nazi era.
