This accessibility statement applies to the website of the Stiftung Forum Recht published under the domain stiftung-forum-recht.de: https://stiftung-forum-recht.de.
The Forum Recht Foundation strives to maintain its website in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Act on Equal Opportunity for Persons with Disabilities (BGG) and the Regulation on Accessible Information Technology (BITV 2.0) to ensure accessibility in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102.
Status of compatibility with the requirements
The accessibility requirements are set forth in Sections 3(1) through (4) and 4 of the BITV 2.0, which was enacted pursuant to Section 12d of the BGG.
This website is continuously reviewed for compliance with accessibility guidelines through a self-assessment conducted by the online editorial team. It is currently only partially compliant with the aforementioned requirements. A review and assessment of compliance with these requirements is scheduled to be conducted in 2025 by an external provider on behalf of the Federal Monitoring Agency for Accessibility of Information Technology (BFIT-Bund). As soon as the results are available, we will publish them here.
Further measures to improve barrier-free access to our website
The Forum Recht Foundation is continuously working to reduce identified barriers, both in terms of editorial content and on a technical level. Among other things, the navigation for mobile and desktop applications is currently being revised. In addition, the color scheme is being made more accessible as part of an update to the corporate design. A plugin is being installed to display different contrast ratios on the site.

If a satisfactory solution has not been reached even after you have provided feedback to the contact listed above, you may contact the Mediation Office pursuant to Section 16 of the BGG. The BGG Mediation Office is tasked with facilitating out-of-court dispute resolution in cases of conflicts regarding accessibility between people with disabilities and federal government agencies.
