Review of the 2025 Study Trip

The Forum Recht Foundation’s first study tour on the topic of „The Rule of Law in Germany“ took place from October 19 to 25, 2025. The central theme of the tour was the rule of law in all its dimensions—from the past to the present.

Juveniles in Court: The Purpose and Limits of Punishment

Who How What is Family? Living together between law and reality

The Stiftung Forum Recht, in cooperation with the Deutscher Juristinnenbund e. V. (djb), invites you to another edition of the discussion series "Let's Talk About Law" at its Leipzig location on Wednesday, October 8, starting at 7:00 pm. The guests will be family law experts Caroline Greb (lawyer for family law, Hamburg), Laura Kleiner, Maître en droit, LL.M. (lawyer for family and inheritance law, Berlin) and Dr. Susanna Roßbach (Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law, Hamburg).

Review: Forum Law Foundation at KAMUNA for the first time

On Saturday, August 2, the Stiftung Forum Recht took part in the Karlsruhe Museum Night KAMUNA for the first time - a popular cultural event that has been attracting numerous visitors to the city's museums and cultural institutions until midnight on the first weekend in August every year since 1999.

The mobile pop-up exhibition "Recht - Spielregeln des Alltags" (Law - the rules of everyday life) by the Stiftung Forum Recht is making its first stop in Heidelberg on its tour of numerous cities in Germany. The interactive exhibition invites visitors to think and participate in the Neckarstadt's main railway station.
