Federalism: How Much Diversity Can the Law Tolerate?

On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., the Forum Recht Foundation invites you to an interactive discussion series titled „Let’s Talk About Recht“ on the topic of federalism in Karlsruhe. The guests will be experts Dr. Martin Große Hüttmann and Prof. Dr. David Roth-Isigkeit.

Five Years Since the Climate Resolution  

During the panel discussion „5 Years Since the Climate Resolution: What’s the Status on Heat and the Law?“ held at the Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe on February 8 with participants in the proceedings, we discussed the significance of the climate goals and the current challenges in implementing them.
