The kick-off events for the new "Theme Days" training program offered exciting insights into the prison system in Bruchsal and Düsseldorf on November 29 and December 6, 2024.
From November 10 to 14, 2024, the Forum Recht Foundation hosted a series of events focused on the topics of law and the rule of law at various locations in Herne.
Meetings with personalities from the Karlsruhe legal and cultural scene shortly after work as well as an open atmosphere for questions and exchange were offered at the first after-work event of the Stiftung Forum Recht on Thursday, November 21.
On November 21, we open our doors in Karlsruhe for a "Meet & Greet" with the Foundation's new director Dr. Cord Brügmann. In addition to insights into current projects, the after work event will offer the opportunity to network in a relaxed atmosphere.
From November 10 to 14, 2024, the Forum Recht Foundation, the Ministry of Justice of North Rhine-Westphalia, and the City of Herne (Department of Integration/AI) invite the public to participate in action days focused on the topics of law and the rule of law at various locations in Herne. Through exhibitions, workshops, lectures, discussions, and roundtable talks, citizens can learn about current issues and engage in conversation with experts.
From November 10 to 14, 2024, Herne will host action days on the rule of law. There will be a varied program at various locations in the city, including a "Tatort" public viewing followed by a reality check, exhibitions, workshops and discussions.
From November 2024, the Stiftung Forum Recht will be launching a new training format, which offers in-depth specialist insights on topics relating to the law and the rule of law. The first training courses in Düsseldorf and Karlsruhe/Bruchsal will focus on the prison system in Germany.
On October 18, the Board of Trustees of the Stiftung Forum Recht met for its constituent session at the German Bundestag in Berlin. Bettina Limperg, President of the Federal Court of Justice, was confirmed in her office as Chair of the Board of Trustees. Dr. Günter Krings will act as her deputy.
