Through its podcasts, the Forum Recht Foundation offers a wide range of perspectives on law and the rule of law. These podcasts feature people who advocate for the rule of law or engage with it from an academic perspective. Contemporary social issues are discussed through the lens of law and legislation. And we show how and why the law—sometimes invisibly, sometimes quite obviously—permeates our everyday lives.

With the podcasts „Justice, Baby! The Podcast on Law and Justice”" (2023), „In Good Shape? A Live Podcast on the Future of the Basic Law”" (2024) We’ll delve into legal topics, chat with fascinating guests, and share surprising and inspiring stories. New this season is the live-on-tape podcast „Let’s Talk About Law”“, which in 2025 will a series of talks with the same name will accompany.

Since 2025, we have been publishing the conversations from the series of the same name, „Let’s Talk About Law,” as a live-on-tape podcast. Our guests are prominent figures from various fields of law. They share insights into their day-to-day work and present their perspectives on current legal topics—ranging from labor law to juvenile justice to freedom of speech.
75 Years of the Basic Law: To mark the anniversary, we produced ten episodes of „In guter Verfassung?“ in 2024 in collaboration with the podcast radio station detector.fm. Original audio clips from experts and citizens, as well as in-depth discussions at live events, were edited together to create a new auditory space for reflection and experience for the podcast.
Our first podcast was released in 2023. „Justice, Baby!“ examines law and justice from various perspectives. Kathrin Schön, program curator at the Forum Recht Foundation, invited guests from the legislation, academia, culture, and society to discuss social values, individual rights, and our legal system.
