New Membership

The Forum Recht Foundation is now a member of the International Coalition of Sites of Conscience. Promoting human rights as an inalienable and universal good is a central concern of this global network. Through a wide range of initiatives, educational programs, and grant projects, lessons and insights from the past are applied to the pressing issues of our time. The Coalition was founded in 1999 and now has over 300 members in 65 countries. In addition to the Forum Recht Foundation, Germany is represented by the Memorial to the Nuremberg Trials. Under the motto „History Is Now,“ the coalition is dedicated to promoting sites of remembrance, memorials, and museums, and encourages engagement with the challenges of the present. Together with the Coalition, it is a priority for our foundation to encourage young people in particular to engage with questions of the rule of law—and to find common answers. We look forward to professional dialogue and collaboration!
