Education
Living in a constitutional state - what does that mean for you?
Law and the constitutional state – they both sound a bit abstract and sometimes very far away. Nevertheless, the law regulates our coexistence – everything from human rights to traffic regulations. Though we encounter it in our everyday lives, it is anything but self-evident. It imposes limitations but also endows us with important freedoms. The constitutional state (Rechtsstaat) lives from features such as legal certainty, equality before the law, and the separation of powers. Above all, however, it prospers from the acceptance and commitment of the people in the country.
Our educational offerings are intended to make the constitutional state both more tangible and intelligible to a broad spectrum of people. We do this by offering workshops, educational materials, events, continuing education courses, in-person meetings, exhibitions, and much more. Our activities and offerings encompass a broad spectrum: some are more creative and relaxed, others are more serious, and a few are quite entertaining – but regardless of the format, they are always informative!
