Since May 2025, the Forum Recht Foundation has been hosting monthly evening discussions with experts from the fields of education, culture, and the judiciary, alternating between its two locations in Karlsruhe and Leipzig.
As part of Europe Day 2025, the Forum Recht Foundation hosted the first-ever „Recht stadtlich!“ city tour with a European theme through Karlsruhe on May 8 and 9. This special edition tour is now available for groups of eight or more to book free of charge.
Starting May 22, the Forum Recht Foundation will offer a free monthly city walking tour in Leipzig focusing on the law and the rule of law. Lasting about two hours, the „Recht stadtlich!“ tour winds through downtown Leipzig and highlights how closely the law is intertwined with everyday life.
Starting April 10, 2025, the Forum Recht Foundation will once again host its popular monthly city walking tour, „Recht stadtlich!“ During this walk through Karlsruhe, participants can rediscover the „Residence of Law.“ The tour is free and requires no registration.
On November 21, we open our doors in Karlsruhe for a "Meet & Greet" with the Foundation's new director Dr. Cord Brügmann. In addition to insights into current projects, the after work event will offer the opportunity to network in a relaxed atmosphere.
For the first time, we are taking part in the Scavenger Hunt through Karlsruhe's cultural institutions in October. An interactive quiz on the constitution, a true crime story and a puzzle are the tasks waiting for the participating teams in the rooms of the Stiftung Forum Recht.
On Saturday, August 10, 2024, teenagers and young adults engaged in discussions with, among others, Federal Prosecutor General Jens Rommel and ARD legal expert Dr. Frank Bräutigam at the “Young Constitutional Discussions” event on Karlsruhe’s market square.
