We are located in Karlsruhe and Leipzig.

There are many important questions:

- What does the rule of law mean?
- What can the government do to earn the trust of its citizens?
Why should we talk about this?
The rule of law provides security and freedom.
So that we, as citizens, can live together in peace.
But our society is constantly evolving.
And so the questions surrounding the law continue to evolve as well.
Perhaps we don't even realize the importance of the rule of law.
Until one day the rule of law is threatened.

From the Idea to the Foundation
The city of Karlsruhe has applied to become the European Capital of Culture 2010.
Some wanted a European House of Justice build.
But that has not worked out.
A working group has continued to deal with the following questions
around justice.
And wanted to build a house,
where everyone can learn and talk about the law.
The building should be for information and discussion.
The location should be near the Federal Court of Justice.
In 2016, the German Bundestag approved money
made available for planning.
In 2018, experts have already
talked about the actual construction.
After all, politicians have
a law was passed by the German Bundestag:
The foundation was to be established.

New buildings are to be constructed in Leipzig and Karlsruhe:

The city of Karlsruhe has established itself as
