„Rightly So: A Closer Look“ – The accompanying program for the exhibition „Rules of Everyday Life“
A Accompanying Format to traveling exhibition „Law—The Rules of Everyday Life“ offers the opportunity to talk with legal professionals. We invite attorneys, judges, and other legal professionals whom you can ask questions directly while standing at bar tables. A card game—developed by the Forum Recht Foundation specifically for this format and its broader educational work—adds an extra layer of motivation and interaction to the conversation.
„Does the law sometimes annoy you? Where are the limits of freedom of speech? Why do court proceedings take so long?“—The book contains a total of 75 question cards covering three topics: Card Set: „Ask Away: It’s Your Right!“: ranging from personal questions to everyday legal issues to specialized questions about the law and the rule of law.
Now available for groups as well
Whether you’re a school class, a group of trainees, a work group, or a group of teachers—we offer the „Zu Recht: Nachgefragt!“ program at select exhibition stations for groups and anyone interested. You can see whether there are scheduled or bookable appointments near you in the appointment overview below the article.
The program is specifically designed for young people to make the topics of law and the rule of law more accessible. Legal experts participating in the morning sessions include, among others: legal advisors from the City of Leipzig’s Legal Department, judges from state and district courts, research associates from the Constitutional Court, and judges from the Tax Court. The session will be moderated by a staff member of the Forum Recht Foundation. The program, including a guided tour of the exhibition, lasts approximately 1–1½ hours.
