As part of this year's GlobeFestival in Leipzig, a discussion will take place on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., at the Forum Recht Foundation Dr. Karsten Haustein (University of Leipzig, Institute of Meteorology), Luka Scott (Press spokesperson for Ende Gelände and spokesperson for Repression nicht Zustellbar), Eric von Dömming (Research Institute for Social Cohesion, Research Associate) and Jana Wolf (Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, doctoral candidate at the Chair of German, European, and International Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, as well as White-Collar Crime Law) on the topic „Civil Emergency? Climate Protests and the Rule of Law in Conflict.“.
