„Access to Justice“ – Panel Discussion at the German Lawyers’ Conference

As part of the professional program of the German Lawyers' Conference in Berlin, Dr Cord Brügmann, Director of the Forum Recht Foundation, will be a guest at the discussion event „Access to Justice“ on June 5, 2025.

Different obstacles, different perspectives: Where does access to justice actually begin? And where does it end? Brief insights on legal aid from Thea Schäfer (Umbrella Organization of Student Legal Counseling Services, e.V.) and legal education provided by Emilia De Rosa (Federal Association of Law Student Councils, e.V.) offer a fresh perspective on the topic. In a „fireside chat“ with Dr. Cord Brügmann and Paula Edling (Berlin Social Science Center) will provide further academic and institutional insight into the discussion.
