How robust are our fundamental rights? As the first episode of a four-part series entitled #Fundamental Rights in the 2026\/2027 season, the discussion will be held Forum Recht Foundation on December 18, 2026, jointly with the Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe. Experts from the legal, social and public sectors will discuss how effectively the Basic Law protects our fundamental rights, what limits its interpretation has and what role political practice plays. Together with the moderator Kristine Harthauer <\/strong>At SWR Kultur they discuss whether the existing protection is sufficient and what changes might be necessary to strengthen fundamental rights in the long term.<\/p>\n
