These and many other questions are answered during the free themed city tour \u201eRecht stadtlich!\u201c organized by the Forum Recht Foundation. Together, we\u2019ll discover Karlsruhe\u2019s curiosities, the city\u2019s scandals\u2014both big and small\u2014and learn about its courts and fascinating legal cases. From the most progressive constitution to art in public spaces, \u201eRecht stadtlich!\u201c has it all. Follow us on a journey through the rule of law and discover a new side of Karlsruhe.<\/p>\n

During the city tour on Thu, August 13, 2026,<\/strong> Photographs and, if applicable, video recordings will be taken. These recordings may be published for the purpose of reporting on the event, for public relations, on our social media channels, on our website, and in print and promotional materials. In addition, the images may be shared with third parties (partners, for press purposes). By participating in the tour, you agree to be photographed and to have these images published in the media mentioned above. If you do not wish to be recognizable in any photos or videos, please inform the photographer or a member of the event team before the event begins. Service<\/h3>\n

Time period:<\/strong> April through October, usually every second Thursday of the month; exception: Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.; there will be no regular tour on Thursday, May 14, instead<\/p>\n

Duration:<\/strong> from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. each time<\/p>\n

Meeting point:<\/strong> Karlsruhe Tourist Information Office on Marktplatz. Kaiserstrasse 72-74, 76133 Karlsruhe. Please look for an orange umbrella!<\/p>\n

Accessibility Information:<\/strong> The tour is accessible. The route features lowered curbs for wheelchair users. Participants should be comfortable with a walk of approximately 2.8 km. Please note that we do not offer additional assistance for people with visual or hearing impairments. Headphones are available for about 30 guests, and the tour guide\u2019s voice is amplified with a microphone. You should also expect to encounter numerous sensory stimuli in the urban environment during the tour.
