With the judge of the Federal Constitutional Court Thomas Offenloch<\/strong> Foundation Director Dr. Cord Br\u00fcgmann looks ahead to the year 2026: How will the 75th anniversary of the Federal Constitutional Court affect the Federal Constitutional Court and the Forum Recht Foundation beyond Karlsruhe? How can the Federal Constitutional Court and legal education initiatives address the recently empirically documented decline in trust in the Federal Constitutional Court? What contribution can the Forum Recht Foundation\u2019s program highlights for 2026\u2014ranging from an exhibition on law in everyday life to city tours and a symposium on educating the public about the rule of law\u2014make toward this end?<\/p>\n

Afterward, the focus will be on networking: Exchange ideas with one another and with team members from the Forum Recht Foundation\u2014about topics that concern us all, and about new, perhaps shared, ideas for the future! We would especially like to thank the\u00a0FORUM RECHT Support Association<\/a>\u00a0We'll be providing drinks and a small buffet.<\/p>\n

Thomas Offenloch<\/strong> has been a justice on the Federal Constitutional Court since 2023. Prior to that, he served, among other roles, as a justice on the Federal Court of Justice for ten years.<\/p>\n

Several times a year, we host the \u201eForum Recht im Dialog\u201c after-work event at our two locations in Leipzig and Karlsruhe.<\/p>\n
