Labor Law in Transition: The Role of the Federal Labor Court in a Dynamic Labor Market

Current legal issues that concern us all\u2014from tenancy law to freedom of expression, from environmental law to the latest legislative reforms: The Forum Recht Foundation\u2019s new monthly series fosters a lively dialogue between legal experts and the audience. Once a month in Karlsruhe or Leipzig, we meet with experts to discuss the latest topics on law and the rule of law. Our guests engage with questions from the audience on an equal footing. \u201eLet\u2019s Talk About Law\u201c is an event for anyone who wants to experience law and the rule of law in a new way! In February, we\u2019ll kick off this new format with two events at both locations.<\/p>\n

On February 12, 2025<\/strong> We look forward to meeting with the President of the Federal Labor Court Inken Gallner<\/strong> in Karlsruhe on the topic of \u201eLabor Law in Transition\u201c<\/strong> to engage in conversation. She provides insights into her work and discusses the role of the court in a dynamic work environment. What current issues is the Federal Labor Court addressing at the moment? How are flexible work models, crises, and new technologies changing labor law?<\/p>\n
