To keep it alive, we need people who take responsibility and actively shape it. In the face of global challenges such as climate change and online manipulation, it is more important than ever to restore trust in democracy. Places for people to meet and engage in personal dialogue are essential for protecting democracy. The symposium \u201cDemocracy\u2014A Treasure and an Ongoing Challenge\u201d addresses these and other topics through a series of engaging presentations.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the symposium, <strong>Dr Cord Br\u00fcgmann<\/strong>, Director of the Forum Recht Foundation, to <strong>12:25 p.m.<\/strong> a presentation on the topic <strong>\u201eAccess to the Law as a Right to Democratic Participation\u201c<\/strong> hold. <strong>Dr. Br\u00fcgmann<\/strong> In it, he highlights the importance of access to legal enforcement, which begins long before conflict resolution through the state judicial system.
