Preparations for the 2024 Leipzig Festival of Lights are already in full swing. One of the roughly 20 planned art installations along the city center ring road is by Liudmila Siewerski, Katia Sophia Ditzler, Charlotte Bach, and Marisol Jim\u00e9nez, an international team of female artists. They are inviting Leipzig residents to contribute to the content of their work, \u201eFortuna. Futura. Libertas.\u201c To this end, the artists will be creating videos and audio recordings in Leipzig from May 14 to 17, with the goal of collecting a wide variety of voices for a collage. For their work, the artists will interview people in the city center, as well as prominent figures in the city.<\/p>\n

The artists will be on site at the Forum Recht Foundation on Tuesday, May 14, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., as well as on Wednesday, May 15, and Friday, May 17, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please feel free to stop by at Universit\u00e4tsstr. 20 and join us! <\/strong><\/p>\n
