In der Auftragsarbeit, die speziell f\u00fcr den Europatag 2023 in Karlsruhe entstanden ist, erforscht der K\u00fcnstler Yves Mettler gemeinsam mit dem franz\u00f6sischen EU-Juristen Antoine Bailleux Ideen und Vorstellungen von Europa anhand konkreter Urteile des Europ\u00e4ischen Gerichtshofs. Die durch die Gerichtsurteile gepr\u00e4gten Narrative und Bilder sind vielf\u00e4ltig. Sie erg\u00e4nzen und widersprechen sich und machen deutlich: Europa ist kein festgelegtes Konstrukt, sondern lebendig und gestaltbar.
\nInsgesamt gibt es neun Stationen in ganz Karlsruhe. Davon ist jeweils eine bei den Partnerinstitutionen zu finden: Stiftung Forum Recht und Centre Culturel Franco-Allemand Karlsruhe<\/a>. Jede Station pr\u00e4sentiert anhand konkreter F\u00e4lle einen Podcast, der unterschiedliche Gesichter Europas skizziert.<\/p>\n

En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 une nouvelle commande pour la Journ\u00e9e de l\u2019Europe 2023 <\/em>\u00e0 Karlsruhe, l\u2019artiste Yves Mettler explore, avec le juriste fran\u00e7ais sp\u00e9cialiste <\/em>de l\u2019UE Antoine Bailleux, les repr\u00e9sentations de l\u2019Europe telles qu\u2019elles se <\/em>manifestent dans les jugements rendus par la Cour de Justice. Les r\u00e9cits <\/em>et les images fa\u00e7onn\u00e9s par les d\u00e9cisions de justice sont divers, se compl\u00e8tent <\/em>et se contredisent : l\u2019Europe n\u2019y appara\u00eet pas comme une construction fig\u00e9e, <\/em>mais vivante et dynamique.<\/em>
\nAu total, neuf stations sont r\u00e9parties dans Karlsruhe. Deux d\u2019entre elles sont <\/em>situ\u00e9es chez les partenaires du projet: Stiftung Forum Recht et Centre Culturel <\/a><\/em>Franco-Allemand. \u00c0 chaque station et \u00e0 partir d\u2019un cas particulier, un podcast <\/em>esquisse un des multiples visages de l\u2019Europe.<\/em><\/p>\n
