Was ist eigentlich ein Rechtsstaat? Ist Recht gerecht? Was hei\u00dft es in einem Rechtsstaat zu leben?<\/p>

Recht und Rechtsstaatlichkeit durchdringen unseren Alltag \u2013 und doch erscheint der Rechtsstaat vielen abstrakt.<\/p>

Unsere Veranstaltungen beleuchten unter den Jahresthemen 2022 \u201eRecht im Alltag\u201c<\/strong> und \u201eRecht und Gerechtigkeit\u201c<\/strong> Recht und Rechtsstaatlichkeit aus verschiedenen Perspektiven mit Ihnen zusammen \u2013 bei Podiumsdiskussionen, Filmabenden, Buchvorstellungen oder durch k\u00fcnstlerische Interventionen.<\/p>

Recht im Alltag<\/strong><\/p>

Regeln und Gesetzte durchdringen unsern Alltag \u2013 von der Stra\u00dfenverkehrsordnung \u00fcber den Datenschutz auf Social Media bis hin zu landesweiten Infektionsschutzma\u00dfnahmen. Auch gibt es ein grundlegendes Bewusstsein f\u00fcr die eigenen Rechte. Dennoch f\u00e4llt es vielen Menschen schwer, sich etwas unter dem Rechtsstaat vorzustellen.<\/p>

Wo wird der Rechtsstaat im Alltag der Menschen greifbar? Dieser und anderen Fragen gehen wir anhand von Alltagssituationen und ausgew\u00e4hlten Fallbeispielen sowie mit k\u00fcnstlerischen Interventionen auf den Grund. Wir m\u00f6chten zeigen, wie Recht in unserem Alltag wirkt.<\/p>

Recht und Gerechtigkeit<\/strong><\/p>

Das zweite Jahresthema \u201eRecht und Gerechtigkeit\u201c beruht auf dem menschlichen Grundbed\u00fcrfnis nach Gerechtigkeit als Ausgangspunkt f\u00fcr den Wunsch nach einem fairen Rechtssystem. Es widmet sich dem Spannungsverh\u00e4ltnis von Gerechtigkeit und Rechtsstaatlichkeit und vereint rechtssoziologische und kulturhistorische Zug\u00e4nge zur Frage, was fair und gerecht ist.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
