F\u00fcnf Jahre nach dem wegweisenden \u201eKlimabeschluss\u201c des Bundesverfassungsgerichts diskutieren Beteiligte der Verfahren \u00fcber die Folgen f\u00fcr Klima, Recht und Politik.<\/strong><\/p>

Karlsruhe, 28. Januar 2026.<\/strong> Die Stiftung Forum Recht, das Badische Staatstheater Karlsruhe und das Theaterkollaborativ Futur II Konjunktiv (Johannes Wenzel und Matthias Naumann) laden am Sonntag, 08. Februar um 16:00 Uhr zur Podiumsdiskussion \u201e5 Jahre Klimabeschluss: Wie steht es um die Hitze und das Recht?\u201c<\/strong> in das Badische Staatstheater ein.<\/p>

Im Gespr\u00e4ch mit den Podiumsg\u00e4sten richtet die Veranstaltung einen R\u00fcck- und Ausblick auf M\u00f6glichkeiten und Grenzen des Rechts f\u00fcr den Klimaschutz, lotet das oft schwierige Verh\u00e4ltnis zwischen Recht und seiner Umsetzung aus und fragt danach, was der Einsatz f\u00fcr das Recht auf Klimaschutz f\u00fcr diejenigen bedeutet, die es erstreiten. Gemeinsam mit Beteiligten der Verfahren, die zu dem Klimabeschluss des Bundesverfassungsgerichts von 2021 f\u00fchrten, soll ein Blick hinter die Kulissen des Verfahrens geworfen werden: Welche Interessen wurden in dem Verfahren verhandelt? Was genau hat das Bundesverfassungsgericht in seinem \u201eKlimabeschluss\u201c festgelegt und was ist seitdem passiert? Was bedeutet das f\u00fcr die Rolle von Gerichten beim Klimaschutz und von Recht als Instrument f\u00fcr Wandel?<\/p>

Mit Dr Cord Br\u00fcgmann<\/strong> (Direktor der Stiftung Forum Recht) sprechen \u00fcber diese und andere Fragen:<\/p>

Marissa Reiserer<\/strong>, Expertin f\u00fcr Mobilit\u00e4t bei Greenpeace<\/p>

Prof. Dr. Joachim Wieland<\/strong>, Rechtswissenschaftler und Prozessvertreter der Bundesregierung im Verfahren von 2020\/2021.<\/p>
