Karlsruhe\/Leipzig.<\/strong> Das Kuratorium der Stiftung hat einer Bitte Claussens zur vorzeitigen Beendigung des Vertrags als Direktorin der Institution in dieser Woche zugestimmt. Eine Nachfolge steht noch nicht fest. Die Vorsitzende des Kuratoriums und Pr\u00e4sidentin des Bundesgerichtshofs Bettina Limperg: \u201eFrau Claussen hat mit gro\u00dfem Engagement den organisatorischen und programmatischen Institutionsaufbau als Gr\u00fcndungsdirektorin der Stiftung vorangetrieben und damit Grundlagen f\u00fcr das Forum Recht geschaffen. Hierf\u00fcr geb\u00fchrt ihr gro\u00dfer Dank. Wir werden schnellstm\u00f6glich eine geeignete Nachfolgeregelung in den Blick nehmen.\u201c<\/p>

Henrike Claussen hatte das Amt im September 2020 angetreten. Seit 2021 entwickelt das Team der Stiftung auf Partizipation basierende ko-kreative Vermittlungsformate beispielsweise im \u201eJungen Forum Recht\u201c, realisiert Veranstaltungen und greift aktuelle Themen u.a. im Podcast \u201eJustice, Baby!\u201c auf. In der vergangenen Woche konnte die Veranstaltungs- und B\u00fcrofl\u00e4che in Leipzig feierlich er\u00f6ffnet werden. Dort werden bis zur Fertigstellung der dauerhaften R\u00e4umlichkeiten die Aktivit\u00e4ten in der s\u00e4chsischen Metropole sichtbar. In Karlsruhe nutzt die Stiftung ihren Interimsstandort in unmittelbarer N\u00e4he zum Bundesgerichtshof bereits seit Ende 2021.<\/p>

Henrike Claussen: \u201eDer Aufbau des Forum Recht ist eine gleicherma\u00dfen herausfordernde und bereichernde Aufgabe, die in den aktuellen Zeiten des Vertrauensverlusts in den Rechtsstaat wichtiger denn je ist und die ich mit tiefster \u00dcberzeugung betreibe. Daran werde ich gemeinsam mit dem engagierten Team der Stiftung auch in den kommenden Monaten bis 30. September mit voller Kraft arbeiten. Bei meinem Wechsel spielen vor allem pers\u00f6nliche Gr\u00fcnde eine Rolle, die mich zur\u00fcck ins Rheinland f\u00fchren. Ich werde dort ab Oktober 2023 neue Aufgaben \u00fcbernehmen.\u201c<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t

The Stiftung Forum Recht was established in 2019 as a federal foundation under public law by an act of the German Bundestag with its headquarters in Karlsruhe and a location in Leipzig.
