The members are appointed for a term of five years. The composition of the Foundation\u2019s Advisory Board is set forth in the <a href=\"https:\/\/stiftung-forum-recht.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/ForumRG_EN_Stand-2019-05-13_BMJ.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Forum Law Act (ForumRG) \u00a7 9<\/a> as set forth on May 13, 2019. Representatives of civil society sit on the Foundation\u2019s Advisory Board.
