Status of compatibility with the requirements<\/strong><\/h3>

The accessibility requirements are set forth in Sections 3(1) through (4) and 4 of the BITV 2.0, which was enacted pursuant to Section 12d of the BGG.<\/p>

This website is continuously reviewed for compliance with accessibility guidelines through a self-assessment conducted by the online editorial team. It is currently only partially compliant with the aforementioned requirements. A review and assessment of compliance with these requirements is scheduled to be conducted in 2025 by an external provider on behalf of the Federal Monitoring Agency for Accessibility of Information Technology (BFIT-Bund). As soon as the results are available, we will publish them here.<\/p>

Further measures to improve barrier-free access to our website<\/strong><\/h3>

The Forum Recht Foundation is continuously working to reduce identified barriers, both in terms of editorial content and on a technical level. Among other things, the navigation for mobile and desktop applications is currently being revised. In addition, the color scheme is being made more accessible as part of an update to the corporate design. A plugin is being installed to display different contrast ratios on the site.<\/p>
